Jill has worked in a broad range of ambulatory surgery settings for the past 25 years. With a proactive mentality in decision making, she is resourceful when navigating difficult situations.

In leadership, she believes challenges require creative thinking that produce more effective solutions. She appreciates and recognizes that each staff member plays a vital role on the team. She pays attention to detail, knowing the benefits of effective communication, and leads with transparency, consistency and clarity.

Having a strong passion for patient advocacy, Jill strives to make our patients feel safe and heard. Serving as nurse manager and infection preventionist, Jill remains committed to ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all patients at ASI New Albany.
