Before Surgery

We’re committed to making your surgical experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

To help us ensure a seamless process, please complete your pre-registration before arriving at our facility. You will receive detailed pre-registration instructions via text or email one day before your surgery. To expedite the process, have your insurance information ready when completing your pre-registration.


Please read and follow the directions below carefully to avoid the risk of your procedure being canceled.

The Day Before Surgery

  • Eating and Drinking: You may have a light meal before 11 p.m. the night before your surgery. After midnight, please do not eat or drink anything, including water, gum, or mints.

  • Alcohol: Stop consuming all alcohol at least 12 hours before your procedure.

  • Smoking and Tobacco: Avoid all smoking and tobacco products after midnight.

Personal Preparation

  • Makeup, Nail Polish, and Jewelry: Please remove all makeup, nail polish, and jewelry before coming to the surgery center. This helps us ensure a sterile and safe surgical environment.

Health Considerations

Contact the surgery center immediately if any of the following apply:

  • You experience an elevated temperature, cough, cold, vomiting, or diarrhea between your last visit with your physician and your surgery date.

  • You suspect you may be pregnant.

  • You are taking diet pills, aspirin, ibuprofen, blood thinners, or any medications that could affect your procedure.
